The Deputy Site supervisor shall support the Site Manager by taking control of specific  day  to day tasks including: work planning - scheduled and unscheduled, management of  work  tasks provided by contractors , oversee marine operations, HV switching activities, control  room activities, warehouse activities as well as the management of the wider team from an  HR perspective (e.g. training, performance mgmt.).  

RESPOSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

  • Manage wider team and foster teamwork on-site including maintaing staffing and  training levels.
  • Plan all scheduled and unscheduled tasks at local site, with guidelines from Asset Integrity team.
  • Management of suppliers/contractors, OEM and other service agreements related to site.
  • Support  Coordination  with  the  TSO  and  involvement  in  Operational  Control activities associated with HV switching in cooperation with the SAP.
  • Close supervision of site performance through standard company tools supported by Asset Integrity team.
  • Ensure supervision for WTG & OSS operations performed by OEM or third party contractor, both local and remotely.
  • Optimize  efficiency  of  site  activities  including  recommendation  for  corrective actions on major and minor faults with assistance from Asset Integrity, technical  support and Original Equipment Manufacturers.

  • Plan operations of service vessels and helicopter (if needed), and manage logistics

contracts.

  • Oversee  management  of  spare  parts,  tools,  equipment  and  stock,  along  with  a  Warehouse Coordinator.
  • Ensure relevant technical service documentation is updated and maintained.
  • O&M base (building) maintenance management.
  • Regularly report on defined KPIs trough the Company Standard reporting systems.     Supply data for short and long term maintenance planning.
  • Regularly update management on site activities including relevant facts
  • Optimize OPEX 

QHSE 

  • Take ownership of the HSE on site. 
  • Ensure adherence to internal HSEQ standards/best practice and other reporting / quality systems. 
  • Ensure adherence to all maritime/ offshore rules for service vessels. 

Reporting, finance, and budget 

  • Support the Site Manager on his duties on budget management and reporting.  
  • Regularly report on defined KPIs trough the Company Standard reporting systems.  
  •  Supply data for short and long term maintenance planning. 
  • Regularly update management on site activities including relevant facts. 

PROFIL

  • Electrical, mechanical, nautical degree or completed apprenticship  
  • Minimum  2  years  experience  in  maintenance  of  large  scale  industrial  assets,  preferable in offhsore industry 
  • Fluent English and German language skills 
  • Readiness for partly domestic and international travel
  • Physical and medical fitness to be able to work offshore
