Senior Analyst - Land Audit

The Audit Analyst will join a project team to identify risks and inaccuracies from data migrated
to and enter in the SAP real estate payment and accounting system. The project involves review
of financial terms and other relevant terms in the land and real estate contracts, validation of
contract terms in SAP accounting system, and remediation of terms. This position will ensure
accuracy of data and develop reports on validations and remediation.


    Review land and real estate contracts to identify key contract terms and payment requirements.
•    Compare and contrast key financial contract terms against financial conditions and other relevant data entered in SAP-RE system.
•    Work with Business Analyst to perform tasks and projects relevant to maintaining and auditing SAP-RE system data and cash flow
•    Verify inconsistencies with Land team and develop list of the inconsistencies for remediation in payment system.
•    Perform remediation of the financial data in SAP-RE after review by Land team.
•    Ability to properly input and understand the data in SAP per the terms/conditions of the contracts.
•    Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS equivalents for lease accounting.
•    Other assigned duties relating to external audit assistance, financial controls, or financial reporting.

Skills and Requirements

•    Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Management
•    Three years of accounting/financial experience
•    SAP Transactional Knowledge; SAP-RE experience a plus
•    Experience review and interpreting real estate or land contracts
•    Perform Contract and payment in SAP-Re when necessary
